This IS Multi-Level & Network Marketing NOT an illegal pyramid

Multilevel marketing programs are known as MLM's, and unlike pyramid or Ponzi schemes, MLM's have a real product to sell. More importantly, MLM's actually sell their product to members of the general public, without requiring these consumers to pay ANYTHING extra or to join the MLM system. MLM's may pay commissions to a long string of distributors, but these commission are paid for real retail sales.

*The Power Pop Diet enrolls distributors for Essante Worldwide product sales at a minimum of 100 points of sales per month in order to receive commission on their down line.

*The Power Pop Diet has an option as a Retail Associate where people can sign up to ONLY sell the product and this does not require paying anything extra to join.

*Consumers can purchase this product from any Distributor or Retail Associate without paying any type of fee.

This is NOT an illegal pyramid scheme where product is not sold. Consumers can purchase. Distributors DO have an option to auto-ship their 100 points to themselves every month for themselves, to retail or give out as samples to prospective distributors or customers.

In no way shape or form is MLM or Network Marketing illegal. Do a little more research if you still think so.
